Incorporated in March 2018 as Quanto Agroworld Private Limited, The Company was founded in order to carry out farming activities and is involved in cultivating, processing, and supply of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (MAPs), lemongrass being the main crop of the Company and the core of its business. The Company functions as a botanical ingredient producer that manufactures lemongrass-derived products such as lemongrass biomass, lemongrass tea-cut, and lemongrass essential oil. Its essential oil finds application in the production of goods within the scope of personal care, home care, fragrance, aromatherapy, and pharmaceutical industries, while lemongrass biomass and tea-cut are sold to companies manufacturing herbal tea, nutraceuticals, and functional beverages. It is a Business-to-Business (B2B) company that sells to its institutional and industrial clients throughout India. Operations of The Company are also made possible due to its subsidiaries: Quanto Agritech Private Limited provides the Company with privately leased land for agriculture, while Quanto Kisan Private Limited is responsible for carrying out limited agricultural trading and retail. As of the date of this Prospectus, the Company employed 11 people permanently and additionally hired labour and professionals according to the need of seasons and operations.
