To prevent unauthorized account access, TejiFactor utilizes a robust OTP (One-Time Password) verification system for all mobile logins and high-value transactions. This ensures that only the verified owner of the phone number can access sensitive bond management features and IPO tracking data.

3. Secure Infrastructure

Our application is hosted on secure, world-class cloud infrastructure with 24/7 monitoring. We utilize private VPCs (Virtual Private Clouds) and firewalls to isolate our database from the public internet. Furthermore, we implement "Secure Image" hooks to fetch your documents via temporary, authenticated blob URLs rather than static links.

4. Continuous Auditing

We perform regular vulnerability assessments and security audits of our Next.js codebase and API endpoints. Our development team follows "Principle of Least Privilege" access, meaning our staff only has access to the data necessary to verify your specific bond applications.

While we provide a secure environment, we recommend that you never share your OTP with anyone, and always log out of your TejiFactor account when using a public device.
